Breaking God’s law as a christian or non-christian includes being a fornicator or living in adultery along with being a thief, and a pervert, that is breaking God’s Law regardless of being a christian or not.
And The Father sees christians who do these things, and they are not hidden in Christ’s righteousness before him despite false teachers saying otherwise. He SEES and he will JUDGE their actions if they refuse to repent of sleeping around outside of marriage, or cheating on their spouse, or stealing money from their neighbour, or by watching pornography. ALL these are breaking the law and God will judge those who do these things Christian or not, first and foremost and before you say “Oh they were not true believers to begin with” ALL true christians still have the flesh that can be tempted by any one of these things and fall to them despite having a heart for Christ. Nobody is immune to temptation or falling to sin nor are “true believers” immune.
It is written: JUDE 3 Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. 4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness
Jude clearly shows that there were so-called "Christians" in the 1st century who were already perverting God's grace, claiming that it allowed them to live an immoral lifestyle. These people were practicing "laciviousness" (aselgeia) disguised as liberty from the Law. Furthermore there are those today who will teach that even if a christian does these things they will be saved because they could never lose their salvation the nanosecond they believed for real. They try to back peddle about practising christian adulterer or porn watcher saying “They were never saved to begin with” ignoring the fact that they themselves are tempted by various sins like adultery and other “lesser” sins including sins they are currently involved in but claim these sins are “not serious” to God compared to murder and theft so they are truly saved but still sinners, just not “that kind of sinner” this is an absolutely man-made false excuse because SIN IS SIN IN GOD’S EYES.
They will tell you that if you are a Christian who breaks God’s laws in this manner, and you warn that doing so will end you up in hell if you do not repent, that you are not a believer in the grace of the gospel of Jesus even though it is written to their shame “Romans 6: 15-16—“What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be! Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness?”
You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone. In the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way? For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.” (James 2: 14: 26
They essentially teach that a thief who comes to Jesus is saved forever even if he still stays a thief as long as he “truly believed”, though they will try to hide this by making many complicated excuses, YET they do not teach that if you REALLY come to Jesus in prayer and faith he will FREE you from the power of the sin of theft and cause you to not sin anymore. They say nobody can stop sinning (ie. so that means also theft). But when this false belief is plainly exposed in this simple language, they scramble to make excuses that a Christian thief and pedophile is not a true believer in Christ so not saved, because their error is painfully exposed in simple terms.
